These are exciting times within the world of esports and at Team Secret we’re running at full pace to keep up with the opportunities and challenges that face us on a daily basis.

In the two years since we’ve formed, we’ve seen an immense amount of success. Each of our teams has something to be proud of, our DOTA 2 team has gone to multiple Grand Finals, the CS:GO team has won Copenhagen Games and is undefeated since joining our organization, and our relatively new Vainglory team has received first place in three European championships this year. Across Team Secret we’re working hard to keep the successes coming.

As a new team we’re determined to provide our players with the care and support that they deserve, whilst enabling them to share in the financial rewards from participating in some of the world’s largest tournaments and there’s obviously a cost in providing that support.

Any organisation that is growing at the rate which we are, will undoubtedly make some mistakes along the way, but it’s our intention to create a professional and structured environment that enables all our players and support staff to feel engaged and share in Team Secret’s success. We’re totally committed to nurturing and protecting our players in order to help them to be the best they can be. That’s what they deserve and it’s what our fans deserve too.

With that in mind, we’d like to thank all of the Team Secret players for their continued hard work and commitment. Of course a team is nothing without its supporters, so we’d like to thank our sponsors starting with EGB for their continued support. We greatly appreciate their strong support of the Team Secret organization and their timely payments. We couldn’t have done any of this without our sponsors, and your enthusiasm makes us want to work all the harder, play to the best of our abilities and put on some spectacular matches for you.

We’ve grown pretty quickly this year. Rest assured there’s plenty more to come in the near future, and 2017 is shaping up to be a huge year for our teams. We are working tirelessly to ensure that we have all the processes and infrastructure in place to make it an enjoyably exciting year for every single one of our players, fans and partners.
