Hearthstone champion

1. As the hottest card game for now, Hearthstone has a lot of fans from China to the whole Asia. So could you talk about why it (Hearthstone) is so successful?

1/ Hearthstone is easy to get into, the graphics are great and it's also very convenient to play on an iPad.

2. Yoy know, last year, Chinese player won the championship of WCA Hearthstone grand finals. So do you think is it possible for players from Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia to win the final this year? Who will be the toughest competitors for you?

2/ It's very possible for players from Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia to become the champion. Don't forget I'm qualified for Blizzcon World Championship 2015 too! I am the guy that everyone needs to watch out. The toughest competitors are definitely the pro players from EU such as Kolento and Lifecoach.

3. What do you think about the differences in style and strategy between Asian players and Western players?

3/ Asian players tend to rate mid-range paladin higher than the Western players. It's very consistent but it is a must in this tournaments? Maybe not.

4. Chinese fans are always curious about the development of E-Sports Industry in Southeast Asia. Could you briefly introduce us some outstanding countries and clubs in this industry from Southeast Asia?

4/ Many countries are very positive about e-sport in Southeast Asia. Such as Vietnam, Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand. The trio of Vietnam, Singapore and Philippines usually dominate tournaments with a lot of fantastic players. Mostly,we know each other in personal,so the community is very friendly here. We don't have enough exposure in the world because we don't take Hearthstone serious as a daily job. The biggest team in Southeast Asia is ManaSurge from Singapore.

Dota2 champion

1.As known to all, there are a lot of world-class DOTA2 teams and players in China. Such as LGD and CDEC,which has already entered the grand finals in Yinchuan at the end of this year. Could you make some comments on your familiar Chinese teams including both of their strength and weakness.

1、CDEC has strength in teamwork and discpline. From their plays I also can feel that this team practices a lot and know what to do during the entire game. I rarely see them make bad calls even in the games they lost. But sometimes,if they encounter what they are not familiar, they may made mistakes.

LGD has roster change so I am not sure about what to comment on. VG is a very typical strong Chinese team, but they have a lot of creative plays. However, they are very confident in themselves and sometime it motivates them.

2. EG won the worlds champion in TI5, so could you tell us what do you think about their success? And could you talk about the weakness of Asian teams?

2.EG has great success because they got to play against lots of Chinese teams. They used hereos such as NAGA and TECHIES where only western teams did and Asian teams did not that gave them huge advantage and disadvantages to the Asian teams.

3.We have witnessed a rapid growth of Korean Dota 2 teams in these 2 years. So do you think Korean players have paid attention to this game? Tell us about the Korean Dota2 scene, please.

3.No, it’s not as I expected, there is no new teams formed. Korean DOTA 2 scene is not so great.

HotS champion

1.We know that Heroes of Storm receives a big welcome in Western countries, but in Asia, the players still like DOTA2 and LOL more, so could you talk about what is the reason for this difference?

1. At the moment there are lots of international tournaments for DOTA2 and LOL and on the other hand there are not so many tournaments. Because of that there are limited opportunities for strong teams in each countries to play against each other so less attentions are paid.

2.Only a few large-scale of tournaments have Heroes of Storm events, including WCA. So could you talk about the quality of these matches? Are you guys confident in winning the final champion at the end of this year in Yinchuan?

2. Each region have different play style and favorite heroes and because of that there are skill gaps. When there are skill gaps certainly some regions will gain advantage and I think it is Korea and China. I expect both regions to be better than Europe and North America.

Therefore I think the team that will win the grand final will be either Korea or China that made through South East Aisa tournament.

3.Fans always complain about that Heroes of Storm lacks of some individual showtime. So do you have anything to talk to the fans or encourage those who have not played it yet?

3. HOS, DOTA2, and LOL are all AOS type but I think HOS needs to be looked at different perspective. You should not look at one player's capability of carrying but look at team's dynamics. If you look at the big picture you will be able to see a player that shines. I think for now players, users, and fans all need sometimes to see that perspective.

4.We know it is pretty hard to become a professional player in Korea? If you want to accomplish this dream, which steps should you take? How is the general situation of professionals in Korea? How about their popularity?

4. In Korea it is not easy to be a pro gamer because there is good infrastructure for E-sports and there are many types of games. Even if you become pro gamer it is hard to be sucessful. Also, to be successful as progamer, your skill is important but more imporantly your personality to practice for long time and being able communicate with your teammates is more important. When all these conditions are met, that pro gamer might have more fans than even celebrities.
