WCA2015, heroes of the storm professional qualifier grand final ended. The great South Korea team, Team DK won the champion, and MVP Black, who is also from South Korea, became runner-up. Game1:

The map of the first game is infernal shrines.Team DK has two functional heroes, so, their team comp is easy to push towers, and also they can handle the team fight as well, even though this comp just have 1 tank and it has a pretty weak frontline, but the backline can do tons of damage. And MVP Black’sis good at split pushing, they can take a lead of the experience easily if they play well.

In the early game,two teams fought for the objective in top side of the map,although Chen got killed for first blood due to his poor position, but MVP Black fought back very quickly and actively, eventually they summon the Punisher, and then pushed two top lane towers. When the second objective respawned in the mid line, due to Abathur’s split pushing,MVP Black was taking a lead of experience, so they came to level 10 earlier and got ulties. MVP Black was unstoppable at that time.Then they got the second objective and two towers in mid line again. At this moment, MVP Black owned a huge advantage with two levels. DK played very passively, MVP Black kept playing stable, DK became weaker and weaker, became unable to resist, and finally, MVP Black won the game.

The game map is Dragon Shire, the team comps for both teams are pretty team fighting oriented. In the early game it’s a standard laning phase,MVP Black Arthas’s position was too aggressive and get caught out, gave the enemy team first blood.

Later the teams fought in the bottom lane,DK’s Muradin firstly jumped into the fight, but MVP Black caught the opportunity,Continuously killed 2members of DK,got the lead,and destroyed DK’s bottom lane defense.After this,both two sides kept the pace slow, even though MVP Black got a little advantage, but it was a very close game. In the middle of the game, DK tried to engage a team fight but failed. MVP Black got the dragon by this opportunity, but they couldn’t do anything more, they made a bad call and lost three members in a row, so they stopped pushing. The key team fight in the game,which MVP Black made a mistake of miscommunication, started a fight when their Arthas didn’t have ult. The final game map is Cursed Hollo; both teams’ comps are very good at pushing. MVP Black tended to split push,while TeamDK tended to group push.At the beginning, MVP Black caught Malfurio, and killed him with a perfect three man cc chain,got the first blood.

Both sides played very aggressively in the mid game. DK made mistakes while they trying to get fourth tribute, MVP Black got three kills in a row,DK lost their tiny advantage. Soon after, because of MVP Black’s bad position, they summoned the first curse of this game, but DK made a mistake again, they didn’t get any advantage for this. MVP Black was focused on split pushing and invading the jungle in the whole game; their levels were much higher than DK. Even DK tried to looking for opportunities to team fight, but they wasted a lot of time. Unconsciously, MVP Black’s levels have been far ahead. In the late game, MVP Black got a chance to win the fight for the Boss and the god of crow, with the double Buffs, they are unstoppable,destroying everything include the enemies’ base, won the champion of WCA professional qualification.
