Add one new IP range and two new server clusters for Stockholm.
Other Updates
A new Steam Beta update has been dispatched that helps address a bug related to custom game downloads (more specifically those pertaining to subscribed items that have been deleted by their creators) that was causing a performance hit. Update to the new Steam Beta if you were facing this issue.
