Chat Updates

• You can now Ignore users in Public Chat Channels. / WE......

• Neighborhood chat channel regions have been added for China.

Others

• Unignore user has been added to the Context Menu. // If you don't know what the context menu is, it's the drop down that pops up when you right-click a user.

• A placeholder Dota 2 logo image has been added for teams that do not have a logo set.

• Minor color and spacing fixes here and there in various UI elements.

String Updates

Tooltip Updates

• Name string added for Stone Remnant and Geomagnetic Grip debuff 'Silenced'.

• Diffusal Blade Level 2 and Necro Books Lvl 3 descriptions fixed so they don't read that they are upgradeable.

Hero & Item Updates

Hero

• Fixed Oracle's Fortune's End not working properly in the AoE.

• Fixed Oracle's Fortune's End interaction with invulnerable units.

• Shadow Shaman Shackles damage per second tooltip has been fixed to read correctly from 40 at all levels to 44/52/56/60 respectively.

• Sand King Caustic Finale damage expire tooltip has been fixed to read correctly from 27/39/51/66 to 45/65/85/110

• Luna's Eclipse Scepter Duration Tooltip has been fixed to read correctly from 3/5.4/7.8 to 3.6/7.2/10.8

Units

• Fixed not being able to dominate Seige Creep Units.

• An issue with the Granite Golem HP Aura has been fixed.

• Updated War Drums Aura Icon for Thunder Lizard. | Preview / Left - Old, Right - New

Items

• Solar Crest bonus evasion has been fixed from 30% to 25%.

Workshop Updates

• Workshop Item Tools have been updated to support League Ticket submission.

Server Updates

• Some IP range changes to the South African server cluster.
